So why buy the boxed copy?
- It makes a proper gift under the tree, and you can pay with a card at Amazon.
- It works on digital-only consoles because it's just a code.
Will a disc version come later?
Possibly. Rockstar support reportedly said a physical copy would come "during the following months," and an insider pointed to December. Treat both as rumors until Rockstar announces it. If you only care about owning a disc, wait. Everyone else loses nothing by buying the code.
